Who was Jesus?
“Jesus was a man who lived at one of the highest levels of spiritual energy in recorded history. He was a man so fully transparent of God that others could only describe his impact on the world in terms of divinity. He is significant to me because his life and death serve as a witness to the nature of God and the nature of God’s creation (all creation being of God and, therefore, divine). Jesus did not conquer armies, gather wealth, write volumes, become a king, or attempt any of the other things humans tend to do to make a significant impact on the world. He simply lived in harmony with God even when his own life resonated in dissonance with the people around him.
